We have a 14-DAY Cancellation Policy. Cancellations affect our boutique inn significantly due to our small size. Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be responsible for the total amount of the reservation charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: All bookings during the dates of Thursday, May 27th, 2021 to Monday, May 31st, 2021 will require a 3-night minimum, full payment upon booking, non-transferable, and shall be NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 people.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY: While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the Inn’s property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay at our inn. Please keep your furry friends at home. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep-cleaning services. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in a guest room or within the hotel facility. A $200 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any guests that have smoked with disregard for our policy. 

RESERVATION POLICY: Full payment is required upon booking. We don't accept reservations more than 1 year in advance. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. A valid photo ID and a credit card are both required at check-in. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. 

HISTORIC BUILDING: R INN NAPA is a renovated historic building; therefore, the rooms range from 250-300 square feet, some rooms have windows, some rooms have skylights, some rooms have a closet. Please view each room description and photos online to select a specific room based on your preferences.

NOISE AND LIGHT: This is an urban open-concept boutique property located in a downtown area. Some noise and incoming light can be expected through glass doors, windows, and skylights. If you have sensitivity to noise and/or light, please feel free to contact us directly prior to booking with any questions or for recommendations on which accommodations might suit your preferences best. No refunds will be granted due to noise or light sensitivity. Thank you for your understanding.
