Yes, we welcome group bookings and exclusive full property buyouts. We have multiple common area spaces that can be booked for private events, meetings, and special occasions. See the "SPACES" page on our website for options. Please contact the hotel directly for availability, pricing, and reservations.
Standard Bookings : 14 days prior to check-in date for refund
Group Bookings/Property Buyouts : 30 days prior to check-in date for refund
Special Events : Non-refundable (i.e. BottleRock)
No credits or refunds on early departures.
In the case of any catastrophic event, locally or nationally (fire, earthquake, pandemic) and a State of Emergency has been declared, all cancellations will be given a credit towards a future stay in the amount of the deposit, or for the amount charged (Direct, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.). No cash refunds.
Our boutique hotel is suitable for adults ages 18 and over. There are no pets allowed on property. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation. Guests are required to notify the hotel prior to check-in date if/when bringing a service animal.
While there is no restaurant onsite, we do offer our guests complimentary Continental Breakfast items in the Loft Building Kitchen on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Other complimentary items such as snacks, cereals, yogurts, coffees, and teas are always available in the Kitchen and the Pantry.
Yes, complimentary parking for hotel guests is available onsite during their stay. Our onsite parking lot is located at the corner of Coombs Street and Fourth Street, ADA Accessible parking included.
Check-in is usually any time after 3:00pm, but we try to get our guests in earlier if/when possible. Guests are welcome to check-in with staff at the lobby front desk during office hours 9:00am-6:00pm, or guests can self check-in by using the custom keypad door codes that are provided in the pre-arrival email and text message. Check-out is by 11:00am. Bookings are pre-paid in full, so there is no check-out process.
Yes, Lobby front desk office hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm daily, and we have onsite Afterhours coverage available for any needs after 6:00pm by calling (707)666-5875. Guests are welcome to check-in with staff at the lobby front desk during office hours 9:00am-6:00pm, or guests can self check-in by using the custom keypad door codes that are provided in the pre-arrival email and text message.
